The Woodlands Cottage

The Woodlands Cottage is a senior living cottage community on about 9.75 acres on Friendship Lane in Fredericksburg, planned for 62 units in fourteen buildings. It sits next to a multifamily tract in the same subdivision, and VEI coordinated the work between the two.

We started with a boundary survey and a topographic and tree survey, then prepared the preliminary plat and engineering for the City of Fredericksburg, a replat, and the civil construction documents covering site plan, grading, drainage and utilities. We also provided construction staking for the building pads, curbs, sidewalks and utilities, and an ALTA boundary survey prepared with the title company.
