Oaks of Windcrest

Oaks of Windcrest is a single-family neighborhood in Fredericksburg, built in phases. VEI has provided civil engineering for several phases since 2015.

On Phase 3, about 10 acres, we prepared the site plan and took the project through the City's zoning process, then prepared bid documents and managed construction through the City's acceptance of the subdivision. On Phase 4, about 10 acres and 42 lots, we prepared the preliminary land plan, preliminary drainage and utility studies, a topographic survey, and the final plat and final engineering: street paving, drainage, water and sewer plans. For Phase 4, Section C, we prepared the survey, final plat and engineering for 24 lots, along with an extension of Windcrest Drive, and provided construction management. We also provided civil engineering and planning support on Phases 5 and 6.
