Madrona

Madrona is a single-family subdivision of about 13 acres along Smokehouse Road in the Fredericksburg area, planned at 52 to 54 lots.

VEI provided the engineering for the subdivision from planning through construction. We began with a topographic and tree survey, then prepared the preliminary plat and engineering and the final engineering package. We also prepared the bid documents and construction plans, the stormwater pollution prevention plan, and the construction staking for streets, sewer, water, storm drainage and lot corners.
